Please allow 1-5 days to process your orders and 3-5 days for shipping. All packages are shipped via UPS Ground insurance based upon courier discretion. All PO Box items are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Kingz N Queenz Custom Creations is not responsible for products once they have been scanned/received by the courier. You must file a claim on any packages lost, stolen & damaged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

After your item has shipped, Kingz N Queenz Custom Clothing will not be held responsible for any package(s) that are delayed in transit, lost, or stolen. Contact appropriate courier provider to file a claim as all packages are insured.
